Sykho Volesterus, a devotee of Dirz, is a man with a heart filled with hatred and bitterness. Promised a brilliant future, he suffered a bad wound that nearly took his life. In agony, he was brought back to Shamir where the Technomancers grafted the Regulator of Life onto him. This is now part of his body and serves as his heart and lungs.
