Waterbased acrylic varnishes with new, quick drying formula, and an acrylic resin of extraordinary hardness and permanence. Protects painted models from dust and scratches, dirt and humidity. Acrylic Varnish should never be applied until the paint has dried completely, and it is recommended to wait at least 24 hours. Varnish should be applied in fine coats at approximately four hours' intervals. Model Air varnishes are usually applied with an air brush, and all utensils (airbrush, or brushes) should be kept humid while working. Model Air Varnish can also be mixed with the colours to obtain transparencies without loss of adherence and permanence of the colours.
Characteristics: Model Air Acrylic Varnishes are presented in three types: Gloss, Satin or Matte. They dry rapidly, form a flexible film which is resistant and waterproof once dry, and will not yellow or crack.
Application: With an airbrush or varnishing brush.
Packaging: In 17ml. bottles.
Note: When using acrylic mediums and varnishes, please do not overwork the area. At the end of the drying process, as the water content evaporates and the acrylic particles join to form a permanent film, repeated brushing will disturb the drying varnish, and this may cause a clouding of the final coat.
