THE CHILDREN OF THE SHADOWSIt was almost over. During his peregrinations Pilzenbhir discovered a band of Drune scouts who had advanced deep into the territory of Tir-Nâ-Bor. He had no trouble defeating them, but one of them managed to escape. His leg was broken so he wouldn’t be going very far…The Defender of the Plains reached the top of a forest-covered plateau. The Drune had disappeared, but there was a cave. Could the Drune have prepared an ambush in there? “These humans can be very tricky,” he thought. “Bah, to hell with him, the bears will take care of him. Someone must inform the Elders of this intrusion.”The dwarf moved back a step with a disappointed look on his face, which would make his opponent think that the chase was over. But a whiff of sulphur and of blood reached his nostrils: the Clairvoyants had very well prepared a trap, and he had already fallen into it. Pilzenbhir smiled when he unsheathed his weapons. The promise of war is sweet music to the Defender of the Plains’ ears! When he turned to look back into the cave three massive shapes appeared from the shadows and plunged at him. Their faces were those of demons and their roars would have frozen the blood of a giant. Formors!
Formors are ancestral allies of the Kelts of the Drune clan. Their spawn born of blasphemy and hatred has been prowling the forests of Drun Aeryfh for centuries, relishing in all the evil it can commit. The Formor Fiends, available in two different blister packs of two miniatures each, make up an intermediate class of their species between the deformed Crawlers and the dreadful Mighty of which the famous Asamòn was once a member.The Formor miniatures’ weapon-bearing arms and heads are interchangeable.The Fiends are endowed with Demonic Auras that give them various powers. Combined with their combat values and the War Fury and Regeneration/5 abilities, these special capacities make the Formor Fiends creatures that should never be underestimated!
