When the Wolfen’s natural ferocity meets the sly intelligence of humans, the result is formidable. The Devourers have these two qualities, and that is what makes their strength. The Flesh-eaters are among the most dangerous fighters on all of Aarklash. Their existence is bound to that of the Beast and they commit the most horrible atrocities in its name.
The Flesh-eaters are the prime Elite troops of the Devourers. Like the Voracious warriors, they also have excellent Defence and Resilience ratings. Yet their true strength resides in their double ability. For the spirit of the Beast is within them and they combine the Born killer and Possessed Abilities! Made almost insensible to pain by the divine influence of Vile-Tis, they land blow after blow and make anyone that manages to wound them pay the price, a very high one. They desire nothing more than to bask in the agony of their enemies who have been unlucky enough to suffer the blows of their Hooked Blades. For war is their religion and carnage is an act of faith.
