Tan-Kaïr, the hero of Fom-Nur, watched one of the biggest goblin armies he had ever seen gather in the distance. With his spyglass he scanned the green tide that was about to flood the Dwarven city. He gestured his personal guard to get on board the slowly approaching chariot with him, and, escorted by five Thermo-priests on Razorback, rushed down the legendary Hill of the Thousand Corpses. Thousands of warrior dwarfs of all sorts, who had been expecting the first wave of goblins, followed their champion into combat. The clash was absolutely horrendous. The mounted escort was swept away within a few seconds by the swarm of Ströhm Knights, but nothing seemed to be able to stop the steam-spitting chariot of steel from meting out death! After a while the chariot’s blood and guts-covered wheels came to a halt and its heavy hind door fell open with a thunder. Tan-Kaïr and his best warriors were now facing the platform of dignitaries of the N.B.A. who had come to admire the battle. The show would end much sooner than they had thought…
