The goblin hordes melted together into one huge teeming mass and suddenly began running towards the regiments of the Lion. The Red Lioness ordered the archers to get into position. At her signal the archers of Icquor shot a swarm of deadly arrows, which, like a predator hungry for slaughter, split the heavens and blocked the sun for a seemingly endless second. Only the first of the goblins' screams could be heard when the Red Lioness ordered the charge.
The Archers of Alahan are fighters of Regular rank. They form a reliable long-distance strike force at a low cost in AP for the army of the Lion. Their longbows have a range of up to 60 cm and the hail of arrows that falls onto the enemy easily compensates their relative weakness.
The archers of the barony of Icquor are known for their ability to shoot a great number of arrows within a very short lapse of time. An archer of Alahan can become an archer of Icquor for 4 additional AP: in addition to the fact that his bow gains in strength and in range, he can also fire twice during each Firing phase.
